I'm very fair and very cool toned. Can I do peaches and peachy pinks? If so, can you recommend some I should try? Thank you so much!
I think anyone can pull off any color, but it seems like most online beauty sources I’ve read say that very fair skin should watch out for blush that’s too orangey-peach toned. Try blushes on the more pinky peach side to be safe!
Milani Blush in Luminoso is a peachy pink shade that I think looks good on almost everybody. There’s MAC Pinch-O-Peach Sheertone Blush, or Buxom True Hue Blush in Swept Away (a peachy nude color that goes on pretty sheer, so it will look more natural!)
I have a similar eye shape like yours could you do a tutorial on how to put on eyeshadow? Or do you know any make up gurus who have a similar eye shape?
I generally follow the layout that Marlena (makeupgeektv) describes in this video, light colors on the inner 2/3s and darker colors in the outer corner and outer crease.
The way that Alli (makeupbyalli) applies eyeshadow in this video, smoky along the lashline, is probably my favorite way to wear eyeshadow. I use the same method as her almost everyday but switch up the colors to get a different look :)
PREACH. Especially when it comes to well known things like Inglot shadows. I just don't understand how you can make a video and not be prepared. Its so distracting to watch and is ridiculously unhelpful. These girls shouldn't complain when they get picked apart by some people.
It is really distracting, that’s exactly how I’d describe it. I don’t consider myself a guru by any means, but I try to make an effort to be informed about popular brands, even ones I don’t have products from. But there are so many amazing gurus that the blah ones are easy to ignore ;p
It's very understandable as to why it's a pet peeve though. Most youtube gurus make so much money for something they're not fully educated on. I think it's annoying AF when these "guru's" think they're such professionals, when really they're not. I guess this is sort of my pet peeve too. Hahahaha
I agree, I appreciate when you can tell a guru is really prepared and has done their research, and isn’t just making a filler video to rack up views. Thoughtfulness shows. :p
